Tracy Price-Thompson (born 1963) is a speaker, novelist, and retired United States Army Engineer officer. She is a veteran of the Gulf War. She self-published her first novel, ''Black Coffee'', at the age of 37. A story about an illicit romance between a female officer in the United States Army and a married enlisted man, it was quickly bought by Striver's Row, an imprint of Random House〔 〕 and became a bestseller. 〔 〕 She has since published five more novels: (Chocolate Sangria ), (A Woman's Worth ), Knockin' Boots, (Gather Together In My Name ), and 1-900-ANYTIME.
